FUTUREFOREST PhD-studentship at the Forest Research Institute

The new HORIZON-MSCA Doctoral network FUTUREFORESTS (https://futureforests.uk/) builds a network among leading forest research facilities, training ecologists to better understand forest responses in a changing climate and improve ecological models.
At the Forest Research Institute of ELGO DIMITRA we opened a PhD studentship on the “Effects of understory removal on C sequestration, fire risk and soil biodiversity in Mediterranean pine forests”, which will be implemented in cooperation with the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Biology.
